With term digitalization, mean use digital technologies and digitized information to create value in new ways benefit from them. These dimensions are reflected on scope, thus evaluate requirements deliverables, degree which deliverable meet their objectives is composed set matrixes, it uses structured procedure define refine items weights, panel experts.
